This class is an introduction to the basic skills of singing, dancing and drama, with a focus on creative expression, centered around a theme (ex. Pirates & Princesses) or children’s story (Eric Carle’s the Hungry Caterpillar). Students registered for the Fall session will be invited to perform in “Noelle & the Nutcracker Prince.”

Level I

Ages: 6-9

Dramatic skills of articulation, projection, expressive body movement, vocal expression and creativity will be emphasized through a variety of exercises, games and improvised scenes.

Level II

Ages: 8-12

Dramatic & Improvisational Skills Level III

Character Development

For intermediate and advanced students.  Learn how to make the most of your role or character!  Students will learn techniques for dramatic use of voice and body to develop the traits they imagine their characters to have

Easy payment! Your fee includes your production fee for all rehearsals, costumes, etc.,

and the cost of the Triple Threat classes, which are REQUIRED (no exceptions).

success of our shows and the development of our students is dependent upon improvement in all three skill areas here at Center Stage.

A $100. non-refundable deposit fee will be required at the audition. 

All students auditioning will be given a role.  the audition determines placement into one of the three levels of Triple threat classes/rehearsals.  Solo roles are given to students in the Advanced Level. In any audition it is assumed that the student auditioning will accept the role(s) that (s)he is given.  You may write one check on the day of the audition for the total amount below.  Alternatively, you may pay a $100.00 non-refundable deposit at the audition and the remaining balance the first day of classes.

Special Teen Roles (Thursdays)  $150.00  Teens will rehearse by appointment Th. eves.              

Sword in the Stone Rehearsals begin the week of January at the Studio . 

There is also a full cast rehearsal on Saturday, Saturday the 14th 10:00 - 3:00 at the Studio.

Tech week is the week of March 23rd with rehearsal daily from 5 - 8:00.  Thursday’s dress rehearsal will go until 8:30.  Performances will be on the 27th at 7:00 and 28th  at 4:00 (times may be adjusted).

Please note: for those students not wishing to participate in “Sword” any of the Triple Threat Classes may be taken individually or in combination with separate fees as described in the brochure (with each “class description”).
