Meghan Taevs

Meghan Kilgore Taevs teaches piano and dance at Center Stage.  She has studied piano with Alice Terrien-Queen at New England Conservatory.  Previous teachers include Dr. Kilgore and Josienne LeFebvre at the McGill Conservatory in Montreal, where she received highest honors in collegial examinations, earning the privilege of performing at their Gala Concerts.  After attending schools in Groton and Acton/Boxborough, she graduated from McGill University with a B.S. in psychology/neuroscience. She has a Masters of Education from the Mind, Brain and Education graduate program at Harvard University having won the Leadership in Education Scholarship. Ms. Taevs studied ballet at the Boston Ballet School and with Jacqueline Cronsberg.  She has performed with the Boston Ballet, Ballet Theater of Boston and the Boston Dance Co., and was a member of the Massachusetts Youth Ballet.
