Marc DeMille
A native of Lynn, Marc DeMille makes his living exclusively as a performer and teacher throughout Greater Boston. He is known to churchgoers all over New England, having sung as soloist and chorister for upwards of 500 services annually at over 100 houses of worship during the last 15 years. In the concert world, he is well sought-after for his lyric baritone voice, performing regularly with professional ensembles Philovox and The Boston Secession. Recent solo work includes engagements with Chorus Pro Musica, Paul Madore Chorale, Nashua Symphony Orchestra, Assabet Valley Mastersingers, Marblehead Festival Chorus and the Newburyport Community Messiah Sing. Mr. DeMille pursued undergraduate work at MIT, studying with John Oliver, William Cutter, Richard Morrisson and Margaret O'Keefe; more recently, he has been under the tutilege of Frank Kelley. In addition to his duties at Center Stage, he teaches voice in the Wakefield and Concord-Carlisle school systems. He now resides in Concord with his wife Kelly.
